The prosecution attorney asked for four and a half years in jail for a Portuguese man, Gualdino A. M. L., under the charges of robbery with the usage of violence and intimidation committed in the month of February of the year 2005, against the waiter of Parquesol whom he supposedly assaulted together with another person in order to take 5,000 euros.

During the trial, waiter Ignacio G.V. explained that the facts happened at about 8.30 p.m. on 8th February, when he left the place and went towards the Casino of Boecillo in his car, where he was planning to put into practice a mathematic system that he had find to play roulette.

The waiter remembered that he had a client as a copilot, a Portuguese now unknown, and asked him to stop in the place where his buddy was awaiting for him armed with a gun.
