The MontBleu Resort Casino in Lake Tahoe recently received an unexpected visitor. A 150-pound bear made its entrance through a rear loading dock and wandered inside, walking around employee hallways.

The Casino promotes the logo “a habitat for everything wild” and in one of its television commercials a waitress is seen throwing a fresh fish to a waiting bear. “Evidently the bears out there heard the story that bears can be fed at the nightclub at MontBleu. I guess we reached our target audience”, casino employee Ed Zeller joked.

The bear moved toward the employee cafeteria but could not reach it because it was frightened by the security team.
